About the Role

The Manager – Civil leads the planning, execution, and maintenance of civil works across the organization’s properties. This includes structural repairs, waterproofing, flooring, painting, façade, roads, and drainage systems, as well as overseeing renovation, refurbishment, and minor construction projects. The role involves end‑to‑end project management, coordination with consultants, contractors and internal teams, and rigorous monitoring of progress, quality, timelines, and costs. The manager ensures compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, safety standards, and local statutory requirements while supervising vendors, controlling budgets, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Regular reporting to the DLF Central Team and Cushman site operations is required, with the preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and support for management reviews. The position is part of Cushman & Wakefield, a global real‑estate services firm with 52,000 employees, nearly 400 offices across 60 countries, and $9.5 billion in 2023 revenue. • Oversee civil maintenance works including structural repairs, waterproofing, flooring, painting, façade, roads, and drains. • Plan and execute renovation, refurbishment, and minor construction works. • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of civil assets. • Manage civil projects from planning to handover. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. • Monitor progress, quality, timelines, and cost adherence. • Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications. • Enforce safety norms, PPE usage, and safe work practices at site. • Conduct inspections and close quality and safety observations. • Finalize scope of work, BOQs, and work orders. • Supervise contractors, check measurements, and certify bills. • Evaluate contractor performance and ensure manpower adequacy. • Prepare estimates, budgets, and cost comparisons. • Track expenditure and control deviations. • Support cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality. • Ensure compliance with local building bylaws and statutory requirements. • Maintain records such as drawings, work permits, material approvals, and completion reports. • Support audits and inspections. • Coordinate with DLF Central Team and Cushman Site operations teams. • Prepare MIS reports, progress updates, and management dashboards. • Support management reviews and decision-making.
