About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join our team following the award of a new 10‑year contract with a leading oil and gas client. In this role you will lead the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of engineering and construction projects, combining technical excellence, commercial acumen and strong stakeholder engagement. You will be accountable for executing works in line with defined scope, schedule, cost and quality requirements, with some site travel required.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, possesses project management credentials or equivalent experience, and brings at least five years of experience in the industrial sector. You should demonstrate strong client‑engagement skills, solid industry and operations knowledge, and a good understanding of commercial and safety considerations. • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field (essential) • Formal project management qualification or equivalent experience (desirable) • Minimum 5 years' industry experience, especially in the industrial sector • Experience with project planning, execution and delivery • Strong client engagement and interpersonal skills • Solid industry, process and operations knowledge • Sound commercial acumen • Knowledge of OHS legislation and practices • Ability to forecast schedules and manage variations • Competence in conflict and crisis management
