About the Role

• Advice site teams onpaper workneeded collected toinitiatecommissioning • Assureall work undertaken is within approved scope boundaries and is in full compliance • Communication with engineering parties to meet commissioning requirements • Analyze situations,identifyand forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implementappropriate courseof action • Supportthe teamwith planning andutilizationof proper means and methods for activities • Supervise entire electrical department (15 crews, 100 – 150 people) • Workperformedaround hazardous equipment. • Coordination with supplier testing & commissioning teams • Identify testing requiredperprojects scope of work • Coordination of personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules • Coordinate and implement resourcesand activitiesnecessary tomaintaina safe and quality execution • Follow and implementthe company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policy • May have to interact with Owner’s Field Representative and outside testing agencies • Directs solar/construction personneland/or installation subcontractorsto achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications

What You Bring

• Excessive humidity, rain etc. • Travel: up to100%as needed • Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Experience operating solar power plants and equipment • Mustbe able to work extended hours on your feet on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel etc. full range of motion and flexibility consistent with requirements of the job duties. • Required repetitive movement. • Regularattendance, inaccordancewithcompany'sattendancepolicyandsupervisoryassignment,isan essentialjobdutyrequirementforthisposition • Excellent skills in MS Project or comparable project management tool, and possess strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of software development methodologies and processes • Experience reviewing electrical and mechanical manuals of installation and design technical packages • Able to walk or move continuously while carrying 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials. It is • Fluent in written and spoken English, bilingual Spanish and English preferred • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time. • SCADA, MET station Aux rack installation • Solar PV,wind poweror BESSproject experience, preferred • Minimum of5-10years of professional experience supporting theconstructionsof major projects, preferably in the building of power stations or supply networks, or other utility-scale construction projects • Identifywelding certification,trainingand experienceappropriate forassignment scope • Module-to-module series connection (Plug and Play) • Work performed in confined areas. • CAB System and Combiner Box installation • Able to climb and maintain balance of ladders, scaffolding, stairways etc. • Work performed at low and/or high elevations • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner • Strong in Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to travel • Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a teamplayer • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Cable installation and termination (AC/DC/MV/Fiber), • Regular attendance,in accordance withcompany'sattendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position
