About the Role
In this role you will serve as the primary connection between engineering and production, quickly resolving questions and keeping projects on track. You will support production teams by answering installation and design queries using Trachte standards and engineering procedures, and partner with engineers to clarify or elevate technical issues. You will verify that materials and replacement parts meet job requirements, document recurring material‑quality or design issues for continuous improvement, maintain and distribute updated print revisions, and foster a safety‑focused, collaborative environment. • Serve as primary liaison between engineering and production, resolving questions and keeping projects on track. • Support production teams by answering installation and design queries using Trachte standards and engineering procedures. • Collaborate with engineers to clarify technical issues and provide necessary information for solution development. • Verify that materials and replacement parts meet job requirements and are suitable for intended use. • Document recurring material quality or design issues and share insights for training and continuous improvement. • Maintain and distribute updated print revisions for in‑production use. • Promote a safety‑focused, collaborative environment with clear communication and high‑quality workmanship.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with electrical systems through design, installation, or field‑based roles and can confidently interpret drawings, specifications, and standards. A solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the ability to apply it in practical situations is required. Experience working in collaborative, multi‑functional environments, strong organisational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple queries and follow‑ups throughout the day are essential. Formal technical education, electrical licensing, or experience as an Electrical Designer, Journeyman, or Engineer is a plus. • Possess hands‑on experience with electrical systems (design, installation, or field) and ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and standards. • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and ability to apply it practically. • Demonstrated ability to work in multi‑functional teams, organize multiple requests, and provide timely follow‑ups. • Formal technical education, electrical licensing, or experience as an Electrical Designer, Journeyman, or Engineer is a plus.
