About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion, providing inputs to designers and coordinating planning, staging, budgeting, and execution. This role works closely with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure projects meet all requirements, timelines, and budgets. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, defining scope and deliverables, managing budgets and cost control, leading project teams, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, resolving disputes, conducting site inspections, maintaining documentation, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting progress to senior leadership. • Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and budgets • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders • Manage and control project budgets, monitor expenses, and approve payments • Lead and supervise project teams, including site managers, contractors, and subcontractors • Mentor junior project managers and provide guidance to team members • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies • Resolve disputes and issues that arise during construction phases • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety • Oversee testing and inspection of materials and workmanship • Maintain proper documentation for regulatory compliance • Identify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans • Report project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership • Manage client expectations and provide regular progress updates • Coordinate stakeholder meetings to resolve issues and align goals

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, and have at least five years of senior‑level construction project management experience. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are required, while PMP certification is highly desirable. • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of senior construction management experience • Demonstrate strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations • Exhibit exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities • Possess PMP or similar project management certification (highly desirable)
