What You Bring
The role requires relevant business education and industry experience, as well as a valid driver’s license. Strong leadership, communication, P&L knowledge, and sales or negotiation expertise are essential, with familiarity in construction or industrial markets considered a plus. Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 lb or more, with work performed both indoors and outdoors as required. Base pay ranges from $65,000 to $112,682.90, with the final rate influenced by location, education, training, and experience.
