About the Role
The key focus is first-line systems support: responding to support requests, inspecting and resolving SAP system issues, and investigating problems raised by the Payroll Operations team. The specialist will gather business requirements to enable system changes for various payroll stakeholders. • Troubleshoot time-critical SAP time and payroll issues, providing resolutions or work-arounds for payroll processing on payday. • Deliver first-level support to payroll teams, ensuring tickets are managed according to SLAs. • Liaise with payroll business stakeholders to understand and analyse requirements. • Produce clear business requirement documentation for IT technical support and development. • Provide concise requirements to the Test Team and support testing as needed. • Maintain accurate system administration, support, and maintenance for SAP and Quintiq payroll systems. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll system efficiency.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to provide SAP Payroll System Support with direct experience processing end-to-end SAP payroll. The role joins a team responsible for delivering high-quality, robust, timely, and efficient system changes to SAP and Quintiq, ensuring employee payments are free of system errors. Experience in a similar role or processing end-to-end payroll in SAP Payroll is essential; knowledge of Quintiq or comparable systems such as Kronos for payroll time-sheet management is desirable.
