About the Role

As a Gensler Architect, you will lead a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects, leveraging industry experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through build. Your leadership will shape innovative design solutions and ensure project excellence. You will manage client, team, and project coordination, overseeing full documentation with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, civil consultants, and other stakeholders. You will support communication between the project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials. Providing technical guidance, you will develop innovative solutions to resolve complex design challenges and maintain project manuals and specifications. Additionally, you will conduct site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs during construction. • Lead architecture teams to deliver projects from concept through construction. • Coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, civil consultants and manage full documentation. • Facilitate communication among clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and permitting officials. • Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to complex design challenges. • Maintain project manuals, specifications, and oversee site visits, submittals, RFIs and substitutions.

What You Bring

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and at least 10 years of experience in a commercial design firm. Candidates must be Licensed Architects and be proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office, with working knowledge of building codes and construction. LEED accreditation is preferred. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture and be a Licensed Architect with 10+ years commercial experience. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office; LEED accreditation preferred.

The base salary range is estimated between $95,000 and $125,000, supplemented by bonuses and benefits, and is contingent on relevant experience. Compensation reflects local market conditions.
