About the Role

• Manage roll-in/roll-out of fleet • Optimize utilization • Drive process improvement • Lead projects to improve the rental process, including technology adoption for a paperless solution • Manage fleet service (return to ready, repairs, and handling fleet unavailable for rent) • Oversee lead management and governance • Handle reservation management and units on contract not yet shipped

What You Bring

Milton CAT is looking for a proactive and analytical Rental Manager to join our Sales Operation team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the right equipment is available at the right location at the right time. Ideal for someone with a strong eye for logistics and operations, this role supports our mission to deliver unmatched service across the Northeast. • Experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery industry (preferred but not required) • Strong CRM skills and comfort working in multiple systems • Exceptional communication and time‑management abilities • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions with minimal supervision • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills • Willingness to travel within the region as needed

The position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 plus up to 10% bonus potential.
