About the Role
Summary: The Project Superintendent directly, and through subordinate Superintendents, oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co‑workers and interfacing, coordinating and directing other trades. They are responsible for all areas on medium or large projects, including prime contracts, and ensure safety, planning, cost, and productivity while fostering an SQP culture and maintaining high‑level client relationships through professional conduct. • Coordinates and executes work • Oversees and directs staff • Promotes client and industry relations • Ensures a safe work environment • Participates in training/certifications

What You Bring
The Project Superintendent will possess competency in safety, high quality, and productive (SQP) execution, overseeing staff, promoting client and industry relations, and ensuring a safe work environment while participating in training and certifications. • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience or equivalent combination • Line & grade experience • Foreman experience • In‑depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems • May require appropriate craft certifications
