About the Role
Bring your passion for public infrastructure to life with Colliers Engineering & Design! We are seeking a talented Municipal Engineer to join our growing Egg Harbor, NJ team. In this role you will shape communities by designing, managing, and delivering innovative engineering solutions for local government clients, covering roadway, stormwater, water, sewer, and utility infrastructure. You will take projects from concept through construction, collaborating with public agencies, utilities, and our multidisciplinary experts. • Review subdivision and site plans submitted by developers for approval. • Administer developer‑sponsored construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans. • Design capital improvement projects for municipal infrastructure. • Evaluate public works issues within municipalities.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Possess 0–3 years of residential or commercial site design experience. • Be an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) and proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred). • Understand planning and zoning processes and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. • Self‑starter capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $71,820 to $85,260 annually, based on qualifications.
