About the Role
Daily duties include operating high‑pressure water‑blast equipment (up to 10,000 psi) and vacuums to clean machines, lines, and pipes, handling waste and spill removal, and assisting with sanitation, snow removal, pesticide application, and general area cleanup. The role also requires operating skid loaders, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and customers. • Operate high‑pressure water blast (up to 10,000 psi) and vacuum equipment to clean machines, lines, and surfaces. • Perform waste removal, snow removal, pesticide application, and general area cleanup. • Drive and operate skid loaders, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools safely. • Follow safety protocols including PJHA, observation processes, PPE, fall protection, and confined‑space procedures. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers, complete work orders, and maintain accurate timesheets. • Work flexible shifts, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You Bring
The position demands the ability to work in confined spaces, use respirators and fall‑protection gear, stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb, climb stairs or ladders, and evaluate safety hazards. Consistent attendance, use of a company radio, and flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays are also required. Qualifications include 2‑3 years of industrial cleaning experience (preferred but not required), a valid driver’s license (CDL may be required), manual dexterity, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate various equipment safely. • Meet physical demands: lift up to 50 lb, stand/walk for long periods, climb stairs/ladders, and wear respirator. • Hold 2‑3 years industrial cleaning experience (preferred) and a valid driver’s license; CDL may be required.

The Water Blast & Vacuum Technician role is based in Blair, Nebraska, offering a salary up to $24.00 per hour depending on experience. Work hours are either Monday‑Thursday 7 am‑5:30 pm or Tuesday‑Friday 7 am‑5:30 pm.
