About the Role
The Analyst – US Agency Diligence Advisory Group supports Cushman & Wakefield US on various agency underwriting assignments. The role involves reviewing borrower‑provided information to understand the underlying real‑estate asset and evaluating property‑level financial data. Key responsibilities include compiling income statements, rent rolls, reimbursements, occupancy statistics and other data into Excel‑based models, as well as conducting market research using third‑party sources such as REIS and RCA and publicly available information to verify project economics. The analyst also reviews third‑party reports—appraisals, environmental and condition reports, zoning analyses—and interprets borrower‑level analyses for derogatory issues, net worth, liquidity, and investments. Findings are summarized in brief memos. • Review borrower information to assess underlying real‑estate assets. • Compile property‑level financial data (income statements, rent rolls, occupancy) into Excel models. • Conduct market research using third‑party sources and public data to validate project economics. • Evaluate third‑party reports such as appraisals, environmental, condition, and zoning analyses. • Analyze borrower financials for net‑worth, liquidity, and potential derogatory issues. • Prepare concise memo write‑ups summarizing asset and borrower findings.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold an engineering, MBA or comparable degree and have at least two years of relevant experience.
