About the Role

Key responsibilities include growing client relationships to build a pipeline of advisory projects, leading a multidisciplinary team of up to five, shaping the business strategy and service portfolio, delivering consultancy services such as master planning and sustainability advice, providing expert technical and business guidance, ensuring high‑quality deliverables, and collaborating with the wider Europe and India aviation teams. • Grow the advisory pipeline by leveraging existing networks and securing new client opportunities. • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of up to five professionals to deliver complex projects on time and to high quality standards. • Shape the business strategy by identifying target markets, defining service offerings, setting P&L targets, and planning recruitment. • Deliver consultancy services across airport master planning, capacity analysis, terminal and airfield design, simulation modelling, and sustainability advice. • Advise clients with expert technical and business analysis, supporting major bids and programmes as a subject‑matter expert. • Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards before client presentation. • Collaborate with the wider Europe and India aviation teams, fostering cross‑cultural and multidisciplinary cooperation. • Develop and maintain client relationships to generate business development and sustain a work backlog. • Maintain a robust network of aviation industry stakeholders to win and deliver advisory projects.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is a strategic business thinker with a large network of industry contacts, capable of shaping a portfolio of advisory services and capitalising on opportunities with airport owners, contractors, governments and regulators. Expertise in ORAT or other specialist advisory areas is an advantage. Qualifications required are a bachelor’s degree with professional institution membership, extensive experience in airport planning, design, engineering or construction, proven project management and delivery of complex projects, strong business development and client relationship skills, international work exposure, team‑management experience, and a robust network within the aviation advisory sector. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and professional institution membership relevant to aviation engineering. • Demonstrate extensive experience in airport planning, design, engineering or construction. • Proven track record of leading multi‑disciplinary project teams and delivering projects within budget and schedule. • Possess international experience working with global companies or in overseas settings. • Exhibit strong team‑building and management capabilities.
