About the Role

The role involves learning and performing basic-level tasks and activities related to the employee's assigned process or business. The employee will understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, follow a designated training schedule and achieve certification at each level, and maintain professional communications with internal customers. They will adhere to and integrate new procedures into daily routines, meet or exceed productivity targets, resolve problem invoices urgently, and address quality control issues in problem queues. What You Bring

Candidates with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered even without prior experience. The role primarily involves repetitive motions requiring eye, hand, and foot coordination, and is performed in a professional office setting.
