About the Role
The Regional Manager oversees all operations of a housing community portfolio, directing personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management. As an off‑site leader the manager ensures compliance with company policies, safety, fair‑housing guidelines and liability concerns. • Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on‑site staff; address performance issues and manage evaluations. • Create and manage annual operating budgets, monitor income/expenses, and recommend cost‑control and revenue improvements. • Develop yearly marketing plans, implement leasing strategies, and run resident‑retention programs. • Oversee administrative reporting, emergency response, and maintenance operations to ensure timely repairs and property appearance. • Approve timesheets, salary increase requests, and vendor invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies.

What You Bring
The position requires 25‑50% travel for property visits, conferences or training. Required education is a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) with four years housing‑industry experience or equivalent; CAM or ARM certification preferred; knowledge of fair‑housing and OSHA, and basic computer skills are required. • Travel 25‑50% of the time for property visits, conferences, and training sessions.
