About the Role
The role involves defining the busway partnership strategy, ecosystem requirements, support structure, and priorities in line with product and go‑to‑market plans. It requires identifying partners' expectations and the competitive landscape to adjust tactics and drive appropriate busway developments. Responsibility includes selecting, onboarding, and nurturing busway partners, providing training, audits, supply‑chain activation, and defining product assortments. You will design supporting processes and tools that enable country sales organizations to operate the busway business technically and commercially with partners. Collaboration with sales teams is needed to visit partners, manage selection and onboarding, and provide application support through design, engineering, and assembly efficiency. Additionally, you will oversee busway assembly and manufacturing licenses across the EMEA region and coordinate with local partners to qualify suppliers and ensure quality standards. • Define and align busway partnership strategy with product and market goals • Identify and translate partner expectations and competitive insights • Select, onboard, and nurture busway partners, delivering training and audits • Create processes and tools for sales teams to manage busway business • Collaborate with sales to visit partners and drive onboarding efforts • Provide design, engineering, and assembly support for applications • Oversee assembly and manufacturing licensing in the EMEA region • Coordinate supplier qualification with local partners to ensure quality • Work with product and engineering teams on software and assortment • Liaise with program managers on pricing, certification, and marketing plans

What You Bring
The position requires close work with product line and engineering teams on partner software and product assortment, as well as liaison with program managers and functions in industrialization, quality, supply chain, marketing, and sales for pricing, certification, operational support, and business plans to accelerate partner growth. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, have at least five years of relevant experience with busway systems, and possess knowledge of engineer‑to‑order setups, partnership management, and global customer negotiations.
