About the Role
As a Shift Engineer, you will support continuous tunnel excavation by coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and collaborating with supervisors and project engineers to plan work fronts and resolve issues. The role follows a 7/4/7/3 roster and is offered as a six‑month fixed‑term contract. • Build relationships across the site • Lead pre‑start, toolbox, and handover meetings • Confirm permits, approvals, and daily plans • Record plant, labour, and material costs • Prepare WMS, ITPs, SWMS, and site plans • Inspect work and track progress • Manage procurement and material delivery

What You Bring
