About the Role
Core responsibilities include consulting leadership, client delivery, people management, product and capability development, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive business growth. • Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements for C‑suite clients, covering scoping, analysis, synthesis, and presentation of findings. • Oversee projects focused on market sizing, forecasting, customer needs analysis, product expansion, and strategic implementation support. • Act as senior advisor, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. • Ensure high standards of quality, rigor, consistency, and client satisfaction across all engagements. • Manage, mentor, and develop analysts and consultants; set performance expectations and provide regular feedback. • Build scalable processes and best practices to support a growing consulting organization. • Partner with leadership to design and launch new market research and consulting product offerings. • Define methodologies, value propositions, and delivery models for new insights products. • Continuously improve existing offerings based on client feedback and market needs. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on business development, proposal development, and thought leadership. • Provide executive‑level communication and presentations to C‑suite audiences.

What You Bring
The role reports to the Vice President, Research and is remote‑based, with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones. Travel up to 20 % may be required. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and have at least 12 years of strategic operations and client project management experience, proven consulting leadership, and a track record of developing early‑career talent. Preferred experience includes construction‑related markets, management‑consulting backgrounds, and familiarity with data‑driven insight platforms. • Possess at least 12 years of strategic operations and client project management experience. • Demonstrated success managing and developing early‑ to mid‑career professionals. • Experience developing and deploying new products or services within a market research or consulting organization. • Strategic thinker who balances analytical rigor with practical business impact. • Preferred: experience in construction, building products, or related industrial markets. • Preferred: background in management consulting, market research, or strategy consulting environments. • Preferred: familiarity with data‑driven insights platforms and syndicated research products.
