The role includes responsibility for employee selection, training, and safety on all assigned projects. • Minimum 5 years elevator industry experience or equivalent field‑lead experience. • University degree in engineering, trade certification, or extensive elevator field background. • Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, time‑management and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft‑based software in a technical environment. • Ability to work autonomously while handling multiple simultaneous projects.
