What You Bring
Otis Elevator Company’s San Diego service branch is seeking a motivated Repair Superintendent to oversee repair, testing and upgrades of elevators across the greater San Diego area. The role includes responsibility for employee selection, training, and safety on all assigned projects. • Minimum 5 years elevator industry experience or equivalent field‑lead experience. • University degree in engineering, trade certification, or extensive elevator field background. • Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, time‑management and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft‑based software in a technical environment. • Ability to work autonomously while handling multiple simultaneous projects.
