About the Role

The Technical Manager/Coordinator (On‑Site) position is based in Singapore and works Monday‑Friday, including public holidays, with 24/7 emergency availability. The role supervises one on‑site technician and maintains regular coordination and reporting with the client’s engineering team in Hong Kong, ensuring seamless facility operations across a single‑floor office. As the operational leader, you will prioritize tasks, enforce quality control, manage vendor relationships and handle escalations to deliver exceptional occupant experiences while maintaining operational continuity and rigorous safety standards in a fast‑paced professional environment. • Supervise and coordinate on‑site technician and third‑party vendors. • Execute task prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management. • Ensure quality control and verify work across all maintenance activities. • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, including furniture and equipment repairs. • Coordinate third‑party subcontractors for break‑fix, specialty tasks, and complex repairs. • Manage furniture and equipment adjustments, workstation reconfigurations, and desk relocations. • Provide meeting room setup/breakdown, technology equipment installation, and event support. • Record and document all reactive maintenance activities, tracking root causes and resolution times. • Analyze maintenance trends to identify recurring issues and gaps in spare‑parts readiness. • Recommend preventive maintenance improvements based on data analysis. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of facility activities and work orders. • Capture before‑and‑after photos and track material usage. • Generate trend analysis and weekly summary reports with key findings and recommendations. • Update asset lists, including spare parts, MEP equipment, and tool inventories. • Conduct daily facility patrols and report repair plans with prioritized timelines. • Establish clear communication channels for routine reporting and emergency escalation. • Serve as on‑site liaison between occupants, building management, and service providers. • Execute immediate notification protocols for critical safety, security, or business issues. • Coordinate access control, elevator usage, after‑hours work scheduling, and building policy compliance. • Ensure 100 % completion of daily inspections using standardized procedures. • Implement service quality standards to minimize business disruption and uphold safety protocols. • Support facilities management with trend analysis, preventive measures, and budget forecasting.

What You Bring

We seek candidates with 3–5 years of commercial facility management experience, including team supervision, a solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, and familiarity with building management or monitoring platforms. Experience in technology‑focused work environments, critical infrastructure, and managing vendor ecosystems is strongly preferred, along with strong leadership, reporting and documentation skills. • Minimum 3–5 years commercial facility management experience with team supervision. • Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems with troubleshooting experience. • Familiarity with Building Management Systems or facility monitoring platforms (preferred). • Experience managing technology‑focused work environments or trading firms (strongly preferred). • Proven track record supporting high‑performance professional environments and employee comfort. • Experience with critical infrastructure or mission‑critical facility operations. • Success managing vendor ecosystems and service delivery in detail‑oriented settings. • Strong leadership in task prioritization, resource allocation, and quality control verification. • Ability to produce comprehensive reporting and maintain detailed documentation. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for complex stakeholder relationships. • Proactive mindset with bias for action and continuous improvement. • High emotional intelligence and adaptability in dynamic, high‑stakes environments. • Professional customer service excellence and confidentiality of facility information.
