About the Role
The manager will oversee field activities, allocate manpower and materials, and ensure service quality across the territory. They will also conduct training, optimize routes, and provide technical support, authorizing repair orders as needed. • Ensure field employee safety and service quality in the territory. • Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and company standards. • Allocate resources such as manpower and materials efficiently. • Conduct field education training and improve route schedules and callback rates. • Provide technical support to field staff and authorize repair orders. • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and communication.

What You Bring
Candidates need at least seven years of relevant experience, including leadership of technician teams, a high school diploma (BA/BS preferred), strong communication and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license for territory travel. Elevator industry experience is beneficial but not required. • High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience (7+ years). • Minimum 7 years relevant work experience, including leadership of technician teams. • Leadership experience; elevator industry experience desirable. • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. • Proficient with computers and business acumen. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory. • Intensive training in technology, processes, and soft skills.
