About the Role

• Oversee the construction site to ensure the architectural design is implemented correctly according to the plans. • Monitor material and workmanship quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards. • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design or construction issues. • Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. • Identify and resolve on‑site issues or conflicts, adjusting plans as necessary. • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting deviations and proposed solutions. • Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders. • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the project.
