About the Role
Assist engineers and designers in the development and production of engineering plans and specifications on a variety of projects. The systems designed at NV5 include Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing for many building types. • Create engineering drawings using AutoCAD/Revit based on verbal or written instructions under supervision. • Convert engineer’s rough mark-ups into finalized design documents in AutoCAD/Revit. • Conduct field surveys to assess existing conditions as needed. • Assist with engineering calculations as directed by staff. • Produce drawings from not-to-scale sketches provided.

What You Bring
• Pursuing a BS degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical). • Formal training in AutoCAD and Revit preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Office Full-Time
