About the Role
The Business R&D Experienced Professional will serve as a Substation Automation & SCADA Domain Consultant, overseeing product integration and system testing for substation automation and network control engineering solutions. The role includes developing, deploying, and maintaining SCADA systems, contributing to IEC 61850 based engineering, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. • Lead product integration and system testing for Substation Automation and SCADA solutions. • Develop, deploy, and maintain SCADA systems using IEC 61850 standards. • Configure and test communication protocols such as IEC 60870‑5‑103, IEC 61850, DNP3, IEC 60870‑5‑101/‑104. • Create and review functional documentation and coordinate technical stakeholder activities. • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, emphasizing safety and integrity. • Apply Agile SDLC methodologies and manage testing activities with TFS/MTM and Azure DevOps. • Utilize expertise in power system engineering, numerical protection, process automation, and energy management.

What You Bring
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 3‑6 years of experience in system integration, verification, or quality assurance within power systems. Required expertise includes substation automation, SCADA, communication protocols such as IEC 61850, Agile SDLC practices, and test management tools like TFS/MTM and Azure DevOps. Strong teamwork, English proficiency, and adherence to safety and integrity values are essential. • Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate fluently in English.
