About the Role
In this role you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion while mentoring your team for success. You will manage a team of Outside Plant Engineers (Project Coordinators), assign and monitor projects to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery, coach and develop team members, and maintain a monthly financial forecast for project management. • Manage a team of Outside Plant Engineers (Project Coordinators) • Assign and oversee projects, monitor for timely completion, ensure high quality • Coach, develop, and mentor team members • Maintain monthly financial forecast for project management • Lead wireline telecom crews in fiber deployment

What You Bring

A basic understanding of accounting principles, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn custom software are required.
