What You Bring
The ASPIRE Supply Chain Early Career program is designed for recent graduates who want to build supply‑chain foundations and accelerate their careers, with start dates ranging from January to July 2026. The two‑year rotational program combines hands‑on assignments in manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, quality, HSE and services with formal classroom training, including certifications in Lean Six Sigma, APICS and supply‑chain processes. • Complete supply‑chain training curriculum and obtain certifications in Lean Six Sigma, APICS and supply‑chain processes. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related field. • Have up to three years of post‑degree work experience and a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent. • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills. • Be geographically mobile and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
