About the Role
The Inside Sales Executive (ISE) drives revenue by using a consultative selling approach to sell WM services to small and medium‑business customers of medium complexity. The role involves cold‑calling campaigns, lead generation, and referrals, with a focus on generating independent sales leads while also handling warm leads. Success is measured by meeting weekly and monthly activity goals and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include searching for potential customers, researching prospects to tailor value‑added solutions, and conducting pre‑sales activities such as gathering marketing materials and pricing plans. The ISE presents WM products and services, negotiates and closes deals, adjusts sales techniques to different prospects, overcomes objections, and finalizes agreements with clear next steps. Post‑sale administrative work ensures successful implementation of products or services. • Generate revenue by selling WM services to small/medium business customers using a consultative approach. • Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and referral outreach to create sales prospects. • Research prospects to understand needs and prepare tailored sales presentations. • Present WM products and services, highlighting value proposition and differentiators. • Negotiate and close sales agreements, addressing objections and aligning with customer goals. • Follow WM sales processes and adapt techniques to different prospect types. • Perform post‑sale administrative tasks to ensure successful implementation. • Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. • Utilize MS Office Suite and CRM systems to manage sales activities. • Meet weekly and monthly activity goals and achieve sales targets. • Work remotely within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit, with occasional on‑site visits.

What You Bring
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit. Qualifications require U.S. residency, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of relevant experience. Required skills include proficiency with the MS Office Suite and a CRM, the ability to devise sales approaches, strong communication and negotiation capabilities, planning and organizational skills, and a results‑driven mindset. • Demonstrate skills in sales planning, communication, influencing, and results orientation.
