About the Role

The role focuses on installing, programming, troubleshooting, configuring, and commissioning fire alarm systems at commercial customer sites. What You Bring

Candidates must have at least five years of documented fire alarm experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, and commissioning devices. Physical stamina for lifting up to 70 lb and working at heights, flexibility for weekend shifts and travel, strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols are essential. • Understand sequence of operations for fire alarm and interfaced systems • Minimum 5 years experience in fire alarm systems; high school diploma or equivalent • Proficient with hand tools, test equipment, multimeters, digital analyzers, and commissioning devices • Ability to lift/move equipment up to 70 lb and work at heights, ladders, scaffolding, ducts, and crawl spaces • Strong customer service, teamwork, and safety adherence • Valid driver’s license meeting company standards; pass background and drug test • Basic networking concepts; DOS and Windows knowledge; multitask and prioritize quickly • Preferred: Associate’s degree in electronics, networking, or computer science; NICET Level II (or obtain within first year)
