About the Role
The role involves learning and performing basic-level tasks and activities related to the assigned process or business. The employee will follow training schedules, achieve certifications, and maintain productive relationships with internal customers. • Follow designated training schedule and achieve certification at each defined level. • Maintain professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers. • Incorporate new procedures into daily routine. • Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements. • Resolve problem invoices urgently. • Return or resolve quality control issues in problem queues.

What You Bring
The position primarily requires repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, and constant sitting, talking, and hearing. Work is performed in a professional office environment using standard equipment such as computers and phones. • Understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures. • Required: B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree. • Preferred: 6 months prior relevant experience in audit, accounts, and finance. • Candidates with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered even without experience.
