About the Role
• Participate in subcontractor orientation, project team, and GC meetings • Develop and maintain submittal logs • Coordinate submittals and drawings with subcontractors and the Project Superintendent • Review and process submittal data and shop drawings to keep schedules on track • Maintain productive customer relationships while meeting company needs • Support Project Manager with pricing and selling change orders • Regular team‑building and employee appreciation activities
