About the Role
As a Senior Housekeeper you will inspect rooms to ensure they meet guest standards upon arrival. The role includes cleaning, inspecting, and preparing rooms according to HGV’s high cleanliness and working order standards, reporting deficiencies, and replenishing linens and amenities. Attendance, grooming, and safety guidelines are essential. • Clean and turn rooms, including stripping linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and bathroom cleaning • Make beds, load dishes into dishwasher, and rearrange furniture as needed • Inspect rooms for compliance with resort standards and report any deficiencies • Replenish linens and guest amenities • Assist coworkers and perform additional duties assigned by leadership

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with at least one year of housekeeping or self‑inspection experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to multitask, work flexible shifts, and communicate effectively with team members and guests. • Minimum 1 + year housekeeping or self‑inspection experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts • Strong oral and written communication skills
