About the Role
The role reports to the resident engineer and involves daily oversight of contractor activities, measurement of work for payment, verification of material and procedural compliance, documentation of daily logs, inspection of traffic control and site safety, and coordination with contractors and the public. • Serve as construction inspector on water/wastewater projects under the resident engineer’s supervision. • Track and inspect daily contractor activities, measure completed work, and record data for payment. • Identify non‑compliant materials or procedures and report discrepancies to ensure adherence to plans and specifications. • Submit daily diaries or inspection logs detailing activities, labor, and equipment. • Inspect traffic control measures and other onsite items for safety and regulatory compliance. • Coordinate with contractors and the public to facilitate smooth construction operations.

What You Bring
• Minimum 5 years experience inspecting water, wastewater, treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, or reservoirs.
