About the Role
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to enhance safety and optimize fabrication processes. • Train team members across locations to ensure consistent performance and knowledge sharing. • Troubleshoot and improve process and equipment using engineering principles, algorithms, and techniques. • Develop and implement hardware and software improvement plans. • Provide support outside normal business hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Assist with regional maintenance initiatives and foster cross‑site collaboration. • Travel regularly to other regional NRF locations to identify improvement opportunities, resolve issues, and share best practices. • Work in noisy, dusty, hot, or cold conditions.

What You Bring
The position may require occasional heavy lifting and exposure to noisy, dusty, hot, or cold conditions, and involves frequent travel to regional NRF locations to identify improvements, resolve issues, and share best practices. • Adapt to evolving responsibilities assigned by the area Supervisor/Manager. • Bachelor’s degree in Process, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field, or 2 years of industrial maintenance and automation experience. • Preference for aSa software experience. • 2–3 years of experience in a reinforcing steel fabrication environment. • Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting. • Position is safety‑sensitive with frequent travel to regional branches.
