About the Role
The housekeeping department operates seven days a week, and the supervisor may work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays. The role requires coordination with maintenance and front‑desk staff, inventory management, and implementation of new standards and SOPs. • Supervise housekeepers • Ensure guest requests are met promptly • Communicate maintenance needs and room status to Front Desk • Perform daily quality checks of rooms • Update Front Desk agents on room status • Order housekeeping and laundry supplies and manage checkbook • Conduct monthly linen inventory and maintain par levels • Roll out new standards • Develop SOPs for best practices • Maintain clean and well‑kept public areas

What You Bring
• High School Diploma/GED required • 1–3 years of related experience • Basic computer skills • Proficient English communication, both verbal and written • Ability to lift/carry, push/pull items over 25 lb repeatedly • Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods • Preferred: BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree • Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification • Preferred: 2+ years supervisory experience • Preferred: Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality
