About the Role
The Parts Specialist ensures efficient parts handling to support operations and customers, with compensation aligned to education and experience. • Sort incoming parts and place them in designated warehouse or outdoor storage locations. • Operate a forklift to move inventory. • Prepare and pick items requested by operations/fleet via transfer orders. • Collaborate with the material transfer team to assemble kits for picking. • Ship orders using Badger’s preferred small‑package and freight carriers.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires a positive, customer‑focused attitude, strong work ethic, independence, eagerness to learn, and the physical ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions. • Deliver excellent customer service with a solution‑focused, can‑do attitude. • High school diploma or GED. • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it. • 3–5 years of experience in a parts department (preferred). • Positive, customer‑focused mindset and strong work ethic. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. • Physical capability to lift 50 lb and perform standing, walking, climbing, bending, and work in various weather conditions.
