What You Bring
The company is inviting first‑to‑fourth‑year apprentices to join its permanent workforce in a Preventative Maintenance Apprenticeship at various Defence locations, with a start date of February 2026. Apprentices may be placed in trades such as Electrician or Refrigeration/HVAC Technician at the Duntroon Training Bases in the ACT. The apprenticeship concentrates on executing preventative maintenance activities that keep Defence assets operating safely and reliably. Successful candidates must possess the necessary certifications, licences, and security clearance, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude. • Hold a valid White Card. • Hold current First Aid and CPR/LVR certifications. • Hold a driver’s licence. • Be an Australian citizen eligible to work on Defence sites. • Possess Baseline Security Clearance or higher (advantageous).
