What You Bring

The Radio Technician II stays current in technical theory, application, and operational discipline, taking on project‑related tasks and communicating as directed. You will support key projects, collaborate actively with teammates, and prioritize both individual contribution and overall team success. The role also requires adapting quickly to change, protecting the customer experience, and continuously sharing ideas to improve efficiency. Successful candidates demonstrate a strong safety mindset, a track record of high‑quality work, and at least three years of wireless telecommunications experience. A technical vocational degree or military equivalent, the ability to read site plans and construction drawings, and solid communication skills are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, knowledge of RF and circuit theory, a valid driver’s license, and the flexibility to thrive in dynamic environments round out the requirements. • Possess a solid understanding of theory and application related to RAN • Have a solid understanding of theory and advanced understanding of applications related to transport • Deliver high‑quality work consistently • Possess 3+ years of wireless telecom experience • Hold a two‑year technical vocational degree (or military equivalent) • Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and through presentations • Use Excel and Microsoft Office proficiently • Understand interconnecting circuits such as T1, T3, and microwave radio • Hold a valid driver’s license and follow motor vehicle policy • Know basic RF engineering, radio frequency, electricity, and electronics theory • Adapt to changing environments and priorities • Demonstrate basic leadership and task‑prioritization skills • Work independently or within a team effectively • Pay strong attention to detail
