What You Bring

The Filter Tech position is based in the Baton Rouge region and may require traveling and overnight stays for six weeks every three months, typically Monday night through Thursday night. In this role you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance on rooftop ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, flexible mindset, and be ready to learn, grow, and work the distance. Requirements include being at least 21 years old, possessing a valid driver’s license with a clean record, living within 40 miles of the region, and being comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet using extension ladders. Additional criteria are a weight under 275 lb for ladder safety, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, willingness to log 50+ hours per week, and the capacity to lift and carry up to 75 lb. Preferred experience includes facility or grounds maintenance, construction, cable installation, route driving, or roofing. • Travel and experience new environments regularly • Demonstrate strong work ethic and flexible mindset • Be at least 21 years old with a valid, clean driver’s license • Live within 40 mi of the assigned region • Work safely at heights up to 40 ft using extension ladders • Meet ladder safety weight limit (≤275 lb) and lift up to 75 lb
