BIM Technician IV
Create, edit, and coordinate AutoCAD/Revit MEP drawings and BIM models.

About the Role
• Draft and generate redlines for plans, diagrams, and schedule drawings using AutoCAD or Revit. • Provide design assistance and calculations to designers and engineers. • Produce drawings consistent with instruction, guidelines, and CAD/BIM standards. • Modify architectural CAD/BIM files for MEP design, including clean‑up and troubleshooting. • Review BIM models for coordination with Revit and Navisworks. • Support the BIM manager by setting up Revit templates, creating families, and assisting staff. • Prepare projects for client submission and manage Revit files and project data. • Read and interpret floor plans, sections, elevations, and red‑mark annotations. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with employer matching and receive paid time off.

As a global leader in consulting, engineering, and commissioning services, we specialize in highly technical buildings and the systems that bring them to life, and we are seeking an AutoCAD/BIM Digital Designer IV for our West Region offices in San Diego or San Francisco, CA. • Hold an associate degree or trade‑school training and 7–10 years of CAD/BIM experience with an MEP firm. • Demonstrate basic drafting skills and proficiency with multiple file formats. • Familiarity with at least one MEP trade (mechanical, electrical, or plumbing) and MS Office/Adobe Acrobat. • Ability to prioritize workload, meet project deadlines, and work required hours.
