About the Role
The Lead Server will guide the dining‑room team, ensuring each resident’s meal experience is welcoming, timely, and professional. Responsibilities include overseeing service flow, maintaining an attractive and spotless dining environment, and providing direct support to serving associates. This role also involves training, scheduling, and motivating staff to deliver high‑quality service. • Ensure dining room atmosphere is pleasant, services are timely, and servers attend to resident needs. • Set and manage server schedules. • Supervise and maintain cleanliness of dining room, chairs, windows, floors, and work areas. • Oversee clearing of tables, including glasses, silverware, and dishes after meals. • Train servers on proper food presentation. • Assist residents with seating and standing at the table. • Take food and beverage orders and serve meals efficiently and professionally. • Conduct regular training sessions for serving staff.

What You Bring
• Must be at least 18 years old. • Hold a state‑specific Food Manager Certification or obtain it within 30 days of hire. • Pass a criminal background check and comply with the drug‑free workplace policy. • Preferred: 1+ year of dining or service experience and prior supervisory experience. • Preferred: Basic computer and software skills.
