About the Role

You will shape clients’ change and transformation plans, ensure alignment with business cases, and lead day‑to‑day client‑facing advisory work, managing delivery, priorities and relationships. You will think strategically, challenge assumptions, present persuasive alternatives, and work as part of collaborative delivery teams across the UK, UAE and USA. Building strong relationships within AECOM and with clients, you will also support junior team members to develop future capability. • Shape and align client change and transformation plans with business cases and organisational objectives. • Lead day‑to‑day client‑facing advisory work, managing delivery, priorities and stakeholder relationships. • Apply strategic thinking and critical analysis to solve complex, uncertain problems. • Challenge assumptions and present credible, persuasive alternatives to support decision‑making. • Collaborate with delivery teams across the UK, UAE and USA and build strong internal AECOM relationships. • Operate across the consultancy spectrum, from advising executive leadership to facilitating workshops and producing high‑quality outputs. • Work on‑site with clients in the UK and UAE as needed. • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance change and transformation capability. • Track record designing, delivering and measuring behavioural change and transformation initiatives.

What You Bring

Our Advisory services span strategy and transformation, operational excellence and change management, supporting clients through critical decisions and periods of change. We draw on decades of industry experience, strong commercial judgement and a client‑focused culture to provide high‑quality outputs. The ideal candidate has experience working with public‑sector clients and exposure to private‑sector environments, and has built trusted relationships in complex, multi‑partner stakeholder settings. You should have a proven track record designing, delivering and tracking behavioural change and transformation initiatives, with an understanding of business strategy, governance, capability mapping and operating model design. Strong facilitation, communication and collaborative leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to apply judgement and empathy on challenging change journeys. • Experience with public‑sector clients and exposure to private‑sector environments. • Proven ability to build trusted relationships in complex, multi‑partner stakeholder settings. • Understanding of business strategy, governance, capability mapping, capital programme delivery and operating model design. • Strong facilitation, communication (in‑person, virtual, written) and presentation skills. • Ability to lead collaborative teams in fast‑paced, open, creative environments. • Empathetic judgement to support clients through challenging change journeys.
