About the Role
Key duties include managing document workflows, formatting documents, and maintaining document matrices and logs; administering SharePoint sites and document control systems to meet company standards; scheduling and attending meetings, recording minutes, and documenting discussions; assisting with the compilation, formatting, and issuance of daily, weekly, and monthly project reports; and performing general administrative tasks such as data entry and record‑keeping. • Manage document workflows, format documents, and maintain matrices and logs. • Administer SharePoint sites and document control systems per company standards. • Schedule meetings, record minutes, and ensure proper documentation of discussions. • Compile, format, and issue daily, weekly, and monthly project reports. • Provide data entry, record‑keeping, and general administrative support.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of relevant project support experience, and strong problem‑solving, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and organizational abilities to track multiple requirements. Familiarity with project management practices, proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent interpersonal, customer‑service, and teamwork skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include a background in project management and experience delivering performance reports to managers and clients, consulting or project‑based work experience, and an intermediate to advanced understanding of SharePoint, Oracle, and the Microsoft Suite.
