Job Highlights
About the Role
Interns will regularly use technical software to analyze, produce, and quality‑control deliverables for clients. They will support pre‑construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis across a variety of project sizes and scopes, while solving complex problems and collaborating with project managers and other disciplines. The internship also provides exposure to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company and client standards. • Utilize technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.) to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables. • Contribute to pre‑construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for diverse projects. • Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines. • Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and company/client standards. • Learn and apply discipline‑specific software such as VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and GIS.

What You Bring
Candidates must be pursuing an ABET‑accredited bachelor's or master's degree in civil or environmental engineering, mechanical, biological, biosystems, chemical, agricultural engineering, or engineering technology. The position offers an hourly rate of $30 to $34. • Pursuing an ABET‑accredited B.S. or M.S. in relevant engineering or engineering technology fields.
