What You Bring
A Counter Sales Associate demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and call‑in customers, processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system, and provides order information. The role also pulls orders as required, communicates product features, benefits, and warranty policies, and offers technical advice while troubleshooting and resolving customer problems. Additional duties include upselling related products and extensions, informing customers of promotions, and performing other assigned tasks. Preferred qualifications include a proven record of excellent customer service, experience with sales order software—preferably Oracle—and knowledge of work wear and personal protective equipment.
