About the Role
• Supervise housekeepers • Ensure guest requests are met promptly • Communicate maintenance needs and room status with front desk • Conduct daily quality checks of rooms • Update front desk agents on room status • Order housekeeping, laundry supplies, and room amenities; maintain checkbook • Perform monthly linen inventory and maintain par levels • Roll out new standards • Develop SOPs for best practices • Maintain cleanliness of all public resort areas

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED • 1–3 years of related experience • Basic computer skills • Proficient English for verbal and written communication • Ability to lift/carry, push/pull items over 25 lb repeatedly • Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods • BA/BS/Bachelor's degree (preferred) • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred) • 2+ years supervisory experience (preferred) • Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality (preferred)
