About the Role

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering and CI teams to develop safe, efficient, and sustainable processes. • Drive continuous improvement using EBS, ELSS, EQS, ECIS, and MESH frameworks. • Champion cost‑out initiatives and process optimization. • Manage capital projects and long‑term planning in collaboration with Finance and Purchasing. • Support new product development and implementation. • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce process variation. • Provide technical support to sister sites (Evansville and Beckley). • Recruit, train, and develop engineering staff.

Eaton’s Power Components Division is currently seeking an OPEX Manager. This is an on-site position based at our Beaver, PA location. Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates currently residing within the US/PR. What you’ll do: We’re seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement initiatives at our Beaver Plant. This role is part of the Plant Leadership Team and is responsible for driving performance improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, and Eaton Business System (EBS) methodologies. Required (Basic) Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, Lean and/or continuous improvement. Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Skills: Excellent knowledge of engineering problem solving and quality techniques as well as a sound understanding of production, inventory, and financial principles. Excellent working knowledge of Lean Enterprise, Lean manufacturing, and JIT. • Communicate strategic goals and progress effectively across teams.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 • $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
