About the Role

The role focuses on multi‑billion‑dollar data centre programmes for major developers and end‑user clients, based on site in the United States. Teams are multidisciplinary, and the position involves commercial support such as monthly pay applications, change order reviews, financial reporting and on‑site decision making, with opportunities in both hot and cool climates. • Provide support to the team in driving performance, delivering performance management, technical development and coaching. • Oversee the structure and fit‑out of a specific area or package, ensuring site conditions, programme, quality and safe working standards are met. • Liaise with project package managers and follow direction on programme and critical‑path works in the area. • Manage forecast look‑ahead meetings for the area or package in collaboration with the Package Manager. • Supply detailed planned‑vs‑actual data for all works, escalating deviations to construction leadership when necessary. • Manage the close‑out of the area, including QAQC plans, ITPs and handover procedures. • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Utilise the centre of excellence (CoE) knowledge base and company best practices. • Promote and drive business priorities through construction, digital, data and responsible business practices. • Work collaboratively toward net‑zero carbon transition, proactively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions.

What You Bring

• Understand the project digital strategy and locate construction information on relevant platforms. • Hold a managerial CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme). • Hold SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. • Possess knowledge of all construction methodologies and processes, especially structural, façade and fit‑out disciplines. • Know Method Statement processes and relevant digital platforms. • Be familiar with Mace systems, internal standards, and where to locate them.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary of $100,000‑$130,000 USD, with flexibility for part‑time, hybrid or other working arrangements, and Mace welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds even if they do not meet every criterion.
