About the Role

You will greet guests, handle luggage and special delivery requests, monitor the front entrance, and provide information on room amenities and property services. The role also includes maintaining a clean and safe lobby, covering the gate when needed, and assisting other departments on management’s reasonable requests. Consistent attendance in line with HGVC standards is essential. • Greet owners and guests, assist with luggage, special requests, and deliveries. • Monitor front entrance and track guest arrivals. • Provide instructions on room amenities and property services per brand standards. • Cover the gate as needed and maintain a clean, safe lobby area. • Respond to reasonable management requests and support other departments. • Maintain regular attendance according to HGVC standards.

What You Bring

The position requires previous customer‑service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lb. You must be available to work any day, shift, weekend or holiday.
