About the Role

Join WSP’s UK iCRC Water team in Bengaluru as a technical lead for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will manage project delivery from the Bengaluru office, coordinate daily with UK project managers and engineers, and ensure outcomes meet client scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. The role also involves driving innovation and digital delivery, supporting the Team Leader with resource management, and mentoring engineers, technicians, and graduates while performing quality reviews. • Lead technical delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from Bengaluru. • Liaise daily with UK project managers and engineers to align scope, budget, schedule and quality. • Drive innovation and digital delivery initiatives. • Support the Team Leader with resource and management tasks. • Mentor and develop engineers, technicians and graduates. • Conduct project checks and quality reviews to ensure first‑time right delivery.
